Nate Buschman

Nate grew up in Virginia and has a real passion to help all people, especially the underserved. He graduated Nyack College with a B.S. in Mathematics/Business. He has worked as a consultant in the business, non-profit and financial industry for 15 years. He has helped business grow by focusing on sales management, operational efficiencies and lean management policies and procedures. He loves being able to find cost effective and customer centric ways to improve non-profits and businesses.

Nate currently leads the Latin Ballet operations to make sure Latin Ballet of Virginia is a good steward of their financials while serving its mission to the best ability.
